Jessica’s Story

Jessica has been in real estate since 2012, earning her broker license in 2021, but her understanding of money, housing, and resilience started long before that.

She bought her first home at just 20 years old when a Realtor showed her she could; a new build with a down payment structured over five months. There was a moment she was $12 short and rolling pennies just to make it to the bank on time.

That experience started everything.

As a single mom of three, Jessica spent years navigating life on a tight budget, learning how to stretch every dollar and prioritize what truly matters. After her divorce, she sold her home and rented for eight years, watching the market shift further out of reach each time she got close to buying again.

She didn’t just study real estate, she lived every side of it.

That’s why today, she focuses on the big picture: helping clients understand not just where they are, but what’s actually possible for them.

Jessica is known for being direct, honest, and fiercely in her clients’ corner. She doesn’t sugarcoat, but she does care deeply. She negotiates hard, solves problems before they become disasters, and makes sure her clients feel confident every step of the way.

Her unique approach blends real estate with design, organization, and lifestyle strategy, helping clients not only maximize value, but create spaces that genuinely support their lives.

Jamie’s Story

Jamie has been licensed since 2013 and brings over a decade of experience built on one core principle: relationships come first.

With a background in healthcare and national-level client management, he developed a sharp ability to understand people, communicate clearly, and deliver results under pressure.

He’s the one constantly hunting for opportunities; finding deals, spotting angles others miss, and making sure no option goes unexplored for his clients.

Jamie has lived everywhere from Vancouver to Australia, but Durham Region has been home for nearly three decades. That mix of broad experience and deep local knowledge gives his clients a serious advantage.

He’s known for being easygoing, outgoing, and genuinely enjoyable to work with, and behind that is a highly strategic, success-oriented professional who knows how to navigate complex situations and get results.

For Jamie, real estate isn’t about transactions, it’s about trust, experience, and building relationships that last long after the deal is done.

Our Story

Ironically, we were friends and colleagues for years… but didn’t actually meet in person until 2022.

From that first meeting, everything clicked.

Since then, we’ve blended our lives; three kids, two dogs, two cats, and spent the last few years figuring out what it really looks like to build a home, a family, and a business together.

We’re very different. We see things from completely different angles (it’s like the real life duck vs. rabbit illusion), we challenge each other constantly, and yes – we bicker. But that’s exactly what makes us better.

Because when it matters, we communicate, we listen, and we use those differences to our clients’ advantage.

We have a lot of fun together, we laugh, love good food, good music, and we are building a life that feels aligned, not just successful.
